The Lotus Glow Cleansing Balm thoroughly cleanses facial skin, removing makeup and impurities. Even though it is an excellent cleanser, it leaves your skin hydrated. The Overnight Resurfacing Peel utilizes both resurfacing acids and soothing acids to improve your skin’s texture by aiding in cell turnover. The mask feels so smooth on my skin, it doesn’t feel grainy or chunky like some other charcoal masks that I’ve tried.
When we’re talking about cosmetics, nothing is ever really 100 percent all natural. Still, there are some very, very good options out there today. And, though not entirely organic, natural, or chemical free, Beautycounter is the “fanciest” make-up I’ve found that is still is pretty dang pure.
Beautycounter is not a scam, a Ponzi scheme, or a pyramid scheme. It is a legitimate business based in Santa Monica, California that offers a diverse array of cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products. There’s something for you here if you want to glam up your look or you just want an even skin tone.
It’s no secret that I am obsessed with skincare, so you have no idea how hard it was for me to devote three whole weeks to one skincare line! The first week was so easy but after 10 days I was itching to slap on a mask in the tub or exfoliate my skin with another cleanser. So going forward I do plan to use a majority of the line with a few modifications.
All in all, I was very impressed by the Beautycounter products I tried, particularly in the eye cream and facial oil. All of the products really did feel luxurious. It felt so good to know that what I was using was safe. If you are like me and new to the green beauty world, I would highly recommend this brand… as it is worth the hype.
I wasn’t expecting to find any pros, but honestly was surprised by the things I discovered.
When it comes to product safety and transparency, Beautycounter is one of the best natural beauty companies around. If you plan to purchase more than once throughout the year, a Band of Beauty membership will definitely be worth it! PRO TIP: Combine with other Beautycounter deals to save even more money!
I think most Beautycounter consultants will join without knowing all the facts. They will be excited about promoting the products and their friends and family may even buy some from them. But after they try them once and realise they’ve spent 1,000% more than similar products out there, they will politely decline to “re-order”.
If you’re looking for safe, non-toxic makeup, skincare, hair care and body products, you have just been introduced to your new happy place.
Overall, I was impressed with the emollient quality of this soap. I also like that the list of ingredients included a lot of organics. It is definitely less expensive than some of the other Beautycounter face washes.
