✅ Pros

The Brows on Point Micro Pencil is both waterproof and smudge-proof. In this look.
Review Pros
It works well for a natural, everyday look.
My brows stayed in place all day.
This would suit most brunettes and dirty blondes.
The pencil is double-sided.
It leaves my hairs feeling soft, and doesn’t dry stiff like other formulas I’ve tried.
What I did like about the packaging was that each product was securely contained.
I was able to quickly blend the strokes with ease.
The spoolie brush made it easy to blend the product making it look more natural.
The pencil in the best sellers kit doesn’t need to be sharpened – woohoo!
The highlighter adds definition to the brow bone and gives an instant lift.
BDB Brow Boost is a deep conditioning treatment that’s designed to strengthen and condition thin, over-tweezed brows.
They look defined, sharp and yet, they still look quite natural.
Spoolie brushes are included in both kits.
Soft, creamy texture wasn’t too hard.
The actual formula of the product is super creamy, which would make it ideal for users with skin on the drier side.
The BDB brow gel is made from high quality ingredients so you’ll never have crusty, flaky brows.
You can have your chosen pencil (they offer 3 different types) and color sent to you automatically every 30, 45 or 60 days.
It’s very pigmented and comes in a soft pencil form that doesn’t require you to use much pressure on your brows to get decent color payoff.
The product end of the pencil is crayon-like and retractable, which is a great feature because you never have to actually sharpen it.
The BDB Brows on point costs only $16.
It’s good value for the price.
Testers were happy with colour and how it blended into their eyebrows.
The formula is also very pigmented.
The pencil also comes with a concealer.
It is long-lasting.
If you need to quick pick me up for the brows, you need this in your life.
Brow boost can help to condition your brows, giving them a healthier, fuller look.
The pencil comes in a shade that’s supposed to work for all brow shades.

The dual-sided brow brush is very easy to use and works great with the powder.
The formulation of the product is very creamy.
This pencil is “universal” in the sense that the pressure can be adjusted to match almost every brunette shade.
Application of the Brows on Point Pencil was effortless as it was the best consistency of thickness, saturation, and creaminess.
Without need for sharpening it just makes it a great addition to your brow kit.
It works as my magic eraser.
It comes with everything you need for a simple eyebrow makeover.
It saves you $10 compared to buying the dual-ended brush ($16) and brow powder ($18) individually.
The Brows on Point Pencil made it really easy for me to create hair-like strokes.
Both the concealer and highlighter are ultra creamy and blends fairly easily.
It is cruelty free.
It’s easy to apply thanks to it’s sponge on application.
The pencil glides on quite effortlessly with each stroke.
The quite unique thing about the Billion Dollar Brows brow pencil is the universal colour claim.
This 60 Second set is pretty easy to use.
The pencil itself has a soft wax consistency.
The price point in very competitive.
This brow get really holds and controls your brows, giving you a polished look, but doesn’t turn white or flake.

❌ Cons

I wasn’t able to use it for things like dark circles etc.
The formulas can also be a bit heavy.
It would probably not be the best choice for oily skin, because the creaminess in combination with sweat and/or oil would probably cause smearing.
At £17 a pop, this is not a cheap.
I wouldn’t recommend it for situations in which you’re depending on your makeup to stay waterproof.
One or two testers had issues with the brush or brush lid falling off.
The thick texture made it easy to smudge, said one tester.
Their 4-step process seemed a bit superfluous to me.
The packaging feels quite flimsy.
It comes off way too easily when I gently touch or run my fingers through my brows.
I wasn’t 100% sure how to use the best sellers kit at first.
I think it would be a skosh better if there were light and dark options of the pencil.

Review Summaries
I would recommend the Billion Dollar Universal Brow Pencil if you’re used to having to set your eyebrows with a gel. I feel this would suit most brunettes and dirty blondes, but it might be a bit too dark for lighter blondes. But if you have been quite happy with filling in your brows with powder, I would think twice before getting this pencil, as the short longevity of your perfect-looking brows can be quite frustrating, and at £17 a pop, this is not a cheap ‘give it a go and see how it goes’ purchase.
Overall, this kit is a nice addition to my makeup stash. I like that all of the products that you will need to create the look come in one kit! And it’s great that they all work together. If you wish you even have the possibility to pick and choose what you want. Depending on the look you want to create.
Formulated to work beautifully with most skin tones and hair colors, this amazing eyebrow pencil goes on smooth and natural. Plus, the Universal Brow Pencil is automatic—it never needs sharpening and it comes complete with a spoolie brush on the opposite end for effortless blending and a perfect finish.
Overall, I highly recommend checking out Billion Dollar Brows. Though their 4-step process seemed a bit superfluous to me, there were definitely a few products along the way that caught my attention, and have since crept their way into my everyday makeup routine.
A great eyebrow pencil, but may not work as well in humid weather conditions.
Billion Dollar Brows offers several wonderful products to give you the beautiful brows that you deserve! I’m extremely happy with all of the products that I reviewed!
I can definitely see why the products in the kit are considered the best… I mean I had not one problem with any of the products.
I love this brow pencil! Everything about it is perfection. The thickness, blendability, creaminess, and saturation is awesome. And let’s not forget the price. The BDB Brows on Point costs only $16.
Overall I really liked this pencil. Sometimes I will use eyeshadow to add a bit of a highlight to my brow bone but I think going forward I’ll be using the pencil. It gives me a much softer matte look instead of adding loads of shimmer like an eyeshadow would.
Billion Dollar Brows states that this super fine, self-sharpening pencil makes it easy to create hair-like brush strokes to fill and accentuate your brows. It is supposed to be water- and smudge-proof and is easy to apply.
I think the 60 Seconds to Beautiful Brows Kit is best for a quick, everyday look, for those days when you roll out of bed and don’t have much time or effort to get too detailed with your makeup. The Best Sellers Kit has all essentials, which can each be used apart for their own purposes, or combined to create the perfect eyebrows.
Overall, our panel was blown away by the creamy texture of this pencil. It made it easy to blend in and the spoolie brush was a great tool to achieve shaped brows. But for some testers, the universal colour did not work and they thought it was too dark for their brows.
