This program isn’t about just thinking positive, but rather learning how to communicate with your brain to help it reach wholeness. And what I’m finding with each passing week is that I do feel lighter. Even happier, but genuinely so. And it coincides with the healing that’s begun in my brain and body.
It’s been a very positive experience for me overall. I’m definitely going to continue the DNRS program and use this treatment for the full 6 months this time. I really enjoy being happy and healthy. I want this to be a permanent change for me.
So far, what you do is a process of changing the way that you think. She’s giving methods of interrupting the limbic system ‘trauma loops.’ It’s kind of like affirmations on steroids. Basically you learn the words and physical movements to make that help to break the loop and create new neural pathways. You also customize it to your own circumstances. That’s it so far, I haven’t practiced enough to really tell if it works and I’m only about halfway through the DVDs.
I would highly recommend the DNRS program to anyone struggling with chronic illness. If you’re considering doing DNRS, you should know that it is a big commitment. It takes a lot of time and mental energy to do the program, and you’ll be really sick of it some days. But the commitment really pays off.
My research reveals that both programs are helping many people achieve incredible, and sometimes miraculous, results that were not achievable previously. You really have nothing to lose.
DNRS may not be for everyone, but I encourage you to give it a try, as I believe that it can make everything else that you are doing for your recovery, work exponentially better, including your medical treatments and supplements. At the very least, if you find your healing at a standstill, consider whether working at another level, such as that of your spirit or soul, might bring about a new breakthrough in your recovery.
