It is definitely more affordable than the five-day ProLon plan, but still not a “cheap” option.
They are somewhat expensive.

Fast Bars have some great ingredients that are 100% natural and known to be healthy. We are less certain about the health effects of fasting, but at the very least Fast Bars make a healthy snack option that is a good replacement for that bag of chips or cookies.
Is the Fast Bar the only thing helping me to lose weight? Absolutely not but it’s a tool in my weight loss journey. Surprisingly, a Fast Bar holds me over for hours until my next meal, usually a light lunch or healthy snack. While I don’t follow an intermittent fasting window precisely, I try to keep to the 16:8 window and not eat my first real meal until around noon and end my eating by 7 or 7:30 pm.
If you need help reaching your IF goals, or you’re looking for an easy yet healthy meal replacement option, these bars are an excellent option. After all, if you feel full enough, you’re less likely to reach for the cookies and destroy your hard work — no shame though, we’ve all been there! Not only did these nut-packed bars keep us full and happy, but they tasted pretty great too. It’s a win-win in our opinion!
