❌ Cons

The biggest hurdle for me and others on the FASTer Way when it comes to the food is the planning.
I’m not promising that kind of success to anyone because we are all different.
This program is a bit pricey.
There are some coaches that go completely diary and gluten free.
Some workouts may only take 30 minutes and some are closer to 45 – 60 minutes.
When you add the cost of upgrading My Fitness Pal and changing your grocery shopping habits, you may be spending more for a bit.
If you are thinking of getting pregnant, I don’t think IF is the right choice.
$200 might seem like a lot of money.

I know many of you are interested in my thoughts on Intermittent Fasting and this program and to be honest, it’s really hard to find a lot of research that agrees on IF, especially when it comes to a woman’s reproductive years. If you are thinking of getting pregnant, I don’t think IF is the right choice however, some people said their doctors recommended it to get pregnant. The research is really conflicting.
It combines intermittent fasting, carb cycling, macro counting, and strategically paired workouts so that you are working smarter, not harder. The FWTFL provides coaches and a Facebook support group.It’s making sure you’re not just getting a certain amount of calories, but it makes sure you’re getting the right kinds of calories and the right balance of them.
Guys, this program is a bit pricey. The first 6-week round will cost you $199. That fee includes access to a private Facebook group with everyone else in your round that’s run by your coach, instruction on how to set up your macros and calories for each day and how to use My Fitness Pal and access to the the online portal with daily workouts for each week.
If you are looking to lose weight, tone your body or if you recently hit a plateau, this could be the program for you.They open up groups every few weeks and the next group opens soon. Once you sign up you will be asked to join a private Facebook group where you will have support and accountability.
The program runs for 7 weeks with the first week being prep week and then 6 weeks on the program. To me it was money well spent. It was still relatively affordable, but expensive enough that I took it seriously and didn’t want to throw my money away so, I stuck to it!

If you want to be stronger, more confident, lean, fit and toned, this program is for you. This has been an amazing program for me – it’s not super penny pinched (the cost is $199) but it’s WORTH IT especially when you think of other places that we can so easily waste money.
