The fact that there are no pictures whatsoever in this book is a major downside.
You’ll have to go to the grocery shop many times a week to ensure a fresh supply of fruits and vegetables while still purchasing foods that aren’t readily available in the regular aisle.
It could be more detailed on instructions and pictures.
Since you may not have things like ICON Meals protein bread or Liquid Muscle egg whites at the grocery store, you may be left to order them online instead or make your own substitutions.
