⚖️ Final Say
Read the summaries of what reviewers think about 1Password below.
“1Password is a strong choice for users across all platforms, and its pricing and features are right in line with competitors that previously offered more for less.”
“All in all, it’s hard to fault 1Password. It works. It’s easy to put passwords in, it’s easy to get them out, and everything is stored securely using AES 256-bit encryption. There’s also the ability to protect access to your account using both app and U2F key-based multi-factor authentication, something that I consider to be an absolute must these days. As for pricing, 1Password has something to suit almost all budgets (except totally free, the best offer is a 14-day trial).”
“If you’re looking for a password manager that won’t let you down, offers up great value, and truly knows the industry – 1Password is definitely a top choice.”
“1Password is a fantastic choice for storing and managing your passwords. It’s very easy to use, and it has pretty much everything you need in a password manager. The pricing is pretty good, too – while it’s a little more expensive than LastPass, it’s a bit cheaper than Dashlane. While there’s no free option with 1Password, if you are willing to pay for a password manager, then 1Password is easily one of the best choices you can make.”
“If you don’t mind paying for a subscription, it could be a good choice for you. For the price and the number of features included, 1Password poses great value and is a reliable password manager.”
“1Password is powerful, configurable, and easy to use. It has an excellent range of features, combined with an interface that won’t intimidate the non-technical, making it a great choice for families, but only paid subscriptions are available.”
“1Password is affordable and effective, so it’s an ideal password manager for individuals and businesses – and its broad platform support, browser functionality and clean interface design make it versatile too.”
“It has excellent apps specifically designed for each device you own, an easy-to-use interface and a travel mode for those who travel internationally. Even if you’re not sure, there’s no risk in trying the 1Password 14-day free trial to see how you like the service. You don’t have much to lose and plenty of opportunity to strengthen your online security.”
“1Password is a solid all-around password manager. Its core password management features are as good as it gets, but it goes further by offering a wider suite of features. Families and businesses will get the most out of 1Password thanks to its generous pricing plans.”
“Setting and using 1Password felt super simple to me. It’s designed to make both beginners and experts feel comfortable. If 1Password improves the outdated design of the user interface, people like me will have a lot less to complain about, which isn’t much to begin with.”
“1Password is a secure, reliable, and user-friendly password manager. Its main focus is the security of your data, and 1Password does a great job keeping it safe.”
“1Password is a password manager that’s so secure it’s sometimes awkward to use. But it’s for your own good. It might take a little longer to set up than other managers, but once the system is installed it works seamlessly. Plus, if you have trouble with the setup process, 1Password has oodles of help desk information, videos to watch, and customer service people you can email.”
“Many will attest that 1Password is a quality password keeper because it includes all of the features you’d expect in addition to some unique ones. It works on all platforms and devices, is very simple to set up and allows you to create multiple password vaults. 1Password includes two-factor authentication (2FA), autosave and autofill features. You can also store documents and security notes in the vaults, making it a truly versatile software package.”
“1Password syncs passwords and personal data across all your devices. It’s not quite as capable as the competition, but it’s an easy-to-use utility.”
“What sets 1Password apart from other password management apps is the huge amount of features it offers. Although many can only be accessed with one of the paid subscription options, there is a 30-day free trial available to all users who want to try them out first. Couple that with strong customer support options even for non-subscribed users, and you have one of the best all-around password manager packages available.”
