Review Summaries
“A perfect blend of style, functionality, and durability culminates in a bag that is perfect for any photographer that is frequently on the go. If you have a lot of gear and a lot of ground to cover, look no further than The Rolltop by Brevite.”
“I can’t express how good this backpack has turned out to be. If you are a hiker or someone who likes to go on long walks through the city, the Brevite Rolltop backpack is great for you. I don’t see it being an everyday backpack just because of its size though, but for $185 this backpack is a steal compared to other backpacks out there. I highly recommend this backpack to who ever is looking to get their money’s from a camera backpack.”
“The bag has a ton of potential, and I greatly enjoy using it, and should Brevite address these minor issues I feel like they have a real winner on their hands. But as is, I feel like its just an OK bag. Some bits will annoy you, but overall the experience is a good one.”
“While the Brevitē Rolltop offers a lot of customizations and organization, it leaves a little to be desired as a one-bag camera backpack. There are many smart ideas here, but they feel a little half-baked. It looks sharp and will keep your gear nice and safe while you get your adventure on, but if you want quick access or spend a lot of time traveling by plane, we might suggest choosing a different bag.”
“I like the Brevitē Hadley Scout but I can’t say run out and get it right now. It does what it does well but there are some areas it could be better especially for the price they’re asking. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a very lightweight and minimal backpack for a quick day trip that can hold some of your gear, well the Brevitē Hadley Scout does that.”
“Honestly, this is a great bag for anyone who wants a versatile padded bag with tons of storage options, not just for photographers. Is it going to be big enough for a 7-day camping trip? I am not sure it is big enough for that. But for a weekend adventure, it is perfect.”
“In conclusion, I will continue my search for the perfect camera bag to suit my needs. While this is a great bag and of very high quality, I felt as though the bag was a little on the thin side, which concerned me as far as protecting my bulky gear. As much as I admire the quality work of this product, I feel that this bag would be more suitable for a photographer who shoots mirrorless, due to the lighter weight and stature of the gear.”
“Overall, I highly recommend the Rucksack. Its slightly smaller size struck a unexpectedly pleasant balance of space and portability for me, while its durability, organization, and extra design touches allowed for efficient work. Meanwhile, the design is pleasing and achieves the goal of creating a camera bag that doesn’t look like a camera bag.”
“The Scout’s convenient and thoughtful storage solutions have convinced me to permanently ditch the flimsy and uncomfortable shoulder bag I’ve previously been using to lug my nerd stuff around the country.”
“I really hope that you have enjoyed this review and has been helpful for you to decide on whether to purchase a bag from Brevite. I have no problem recommending this bag to you.”
